The hotel is in a great location, just a stone's throw from the theme parks and within walking distance of Old Towne. Initially, my room was not up to par, but the staff acted quickly to resolve the situation and moved me to a much cleaner and nicer space. While the staff was friendly during my stay, the dining options left something to be desired, especially for breakfast. Overall, it's a decent place for families, but be prepared for some bumps along the way.
